Police released a composite sketch on Wednesday of a man who tried to kidnap and rape two women in the past week at Cal State San Bernardino.
The sketch (pictured, right) is of a man between 19 and 21 years old, between 5 foot 7 and 5 foot 8. He is described as Hispanic with black, curly hair. He's wanted in connection with two incidents, the first on March 4 around 7:30 p.m. behind a stairwell at the university library, the second on Sunday afternoon, police said.
The news comes as police continue to search for a woman who vanished near the college on Monday.
Sahray Barber, 22, an art student, went missing early Monday morning after leaving her apartment complex in the 1500 block of Northpark Boulevard in San Bernardino, officials with the San Bernardino Police Department said.
Police have made no connection to the assaults and the woman's disappearance, but they're warning all students to pay close attention to their surroundings.
Her parents say they are desperate to see their 22-year-old daughter again.
"Sahray, we love you," said Barber's father, Stephen Barber. We can’t wait to have you back in our arms."
