At least one person was hospitalized Wednesday when a car slammed into a medical offices building in Tarzana.
The crash was reported after 11 a.m. in the 18300 block of West Ventura Boulevard in Encino, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Building and safety inspectors were in route to check the two-story building.
